Scorpions是少數能在國際舞台上享有盛名的德國樂團之一，成軍於1970年，由著名的吉他兄弟Michael Schenker、Rudolph Schenker與主唱Klaus Meine等人組成，以憾人的強力金屬搖滾作風逐步攻城掠地，以不歇止的演唱行程與搖滾火力獲得了廣大搖滾樂迷的支持，隨著逐年的征戰，曲風也逐漸變化並改走流行路線，這Holiday就是其中的一首，另有一首always some where也是我喜歡的一首抒情經典名曲。特別申明一件事，BEE GEES 的那首 Holiday ，我也很喜歡！
