Knife這首歌是電影【當男人愛上女人】When a Man Loves a Woman的主題曲，主唱者是Rockwell，但是雖然 Knife 是由 Rockwell 共同參與詞曲寫作的歌曲，但首度問世卻是收錄在Monalisa Young 1983 年的個人首張專輯 ﹝Knife﹞之中。直到隔年才回收由 Rockwell 本人親自演唱。可是很明顯的Rockwell詮釋的更好，更令人心動！筆者相信Knife這首歌，必定擄獲了許多人的心，不論是從曲的旋律，還是詞的張力，都可以深深感受出，那心如刀割的情愫。不是嗎？
