很多港式飲茶都不賣烤乳豬，我覺得是第一價格貴，消費者少，第二是不好製作，( 下面有附網站介紹 ) 在高雄市除了國賓飯店的港式飲茶還有，其他的如你所言，大都不賣了，第三是做好如果沒人買好像保存不易，( 脆皮會變軟，再烤又怕會焦 ) ，所以就少了，至於成本一隻多少？ 坦白說我也不知，但不會太便宜，因為供應商太少吧！  其他介紹如下：

燒乳豬（亦稱烤乳豬）是傳統食品的一種。製法是將二至六個星期大，仍未斷奶的乳豬宰殺後，以爐火燒烤而成。世界不同的飲食文化中都有燒乳豬這種菜色。中國在西周時相信便已有食用燒豬。當時八珍之一的「炮豚」相信便是指燒豬。在西方，古羅馬的傳統菜譜中亦有燒乳豬一項。現今的中國菜中以粵菜的燒乳豬最廣為流傳；而在西方國家中，葡萄牙及西班牙俱以燒乳豬為特色菜。

如果你要表達假設你是Hellen Ma的助理，那用to 是不好的，可以考慮用所有格，例如： Director’s assistant 。 Discuss with the sales manager for the product in a conference , last Friday.

manager of XYZ Elec. Corp. at a conference last Firday. The sales manager mentioned his company has the products better than the KIndle. ( Kindle )

Please write a fax to him/her for the related information.. ( related 也可不寫，已經有the了)
