沈默之聲，是電影畢業生的主題曲，與昨天那首﹝史卡博羅市集﹞一樣，在一年多前，就已經寫過了，不過當時並沒有連結音樂，僅僅只是文字上的介紹與敘述，連結檔如﹝The sound of silence﹞，最近心血來潮，想要把前幾年寫的西洋歌曲賞析，幾首自己特別珍愛的曲子，重新的「翻拍」一下，並連結音樂檔，所以從現在起，會有一曲兩介的模式存在，不過格友們放心，內容除了中英歌詞外，不會重覆的。
The sound of silence，在二十多年前筆者駐唱的年代裡，是屬於比較令聽眾或觀眾驚艷的歌曲，原因無它，因為它是以吉他伴奏為主的歌曲，只要你彈奏得跟原曲相同，常常會讓人以為不是現場演唱，而是在播錄音卡帶或是唱片，當然這最大的因素是歌手的歌聲與原唱極為接近的關係，在我駐唱的生涯裡，被這樣誤以為的情況，相當相當的多，尤其是以灰狼羅伯的歌曲時最常發生，當然還有演唱﹝文森‧梵谷﹞時，也是相同，自然這首沈默之聲，也同樣被誤認多次。
